Privacy policy.

This policy explains what personal information Lifted Press ("we") collects through liftedpress.ca, why, and how it is handled. We follow the principles of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

Only what you submit through our quote and contact forms: your name, email, and optionally your phone number, organization, postal code, order details and any artwork files you attach. The site does not use accounts, sign-ups or payment forms.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and proof, fulfil your order, and contact you about it. We do not sell or rent your information and do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., and delivered to our business email. These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our host may record standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.

Artwork

Artwork you send is used only to produce your proof and order, and is kept on file so you can reorder. Ask us to delete it at any time.

Retention

We keep enquiry and order records only for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email jesse@liftedpress.ca. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
